INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All participants will undergo a registration and screening process prior to the attendance of all retreats and ceremonies.
Once registered, a 50% deposit is required to secure a retreat place.
Attendees are required to complete a full screening questionnaire within two week of paying the deposit. Full disclosure by participants is required and failure to do so could lead to a non-refundable deposit.
We use the personal data received to provide the requested services. This includes on going communication via email, phone and WhatsApp. This includes retreats, events and coaching. We will also use your data to contact you for marketing purposes such as testimonials, events, surveys, newsletter and other promotional activities.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party. You have the option to opt out at any time by contacting Fiona@sowasoma.com.
Participants are responsible for all travel requirements, including international flights, passports, visas and any other necessary travel documentation. We advise participants not to purchase any flights until the screening process and preparation call has been completed and your reservation has been confirmed by Sowa Soma. We advise participants to purchase relevant travel insurance. Unless otherwise stated, Sowa Sowa will provide PICK UP ONLY transfer from San Jose to the retreat venue.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
It is the participant’s responsibility to thoroughly read and understand our refund and cancellation policy when purchasing services from us.
Retreats
To book a Sowa Soma retreat, an email application must be submitted by participants detailing their name, event they are interested in and contact details.
Once received and approved, we will email the payment details for you to reserve your place. This will be 50% of the total retreat cost.
Screening & Preparation
Once the deposit has been received, participants will be sent a link to a Google Form entitled Medical Screening Questionnaire, which is to be completed within 14 days of paying the deposit. Once completed and reviewed, we will schedule a preparation call with you. Sowa Soma reserves the right to determine, if for any reason, it is not safe for you to attend a retreat. We will provide a full refund of your deposit if this is the case.
60 DAYS + PRIOR TO RETREAT
Full refund minus a $250 administration fee and any non-refundable transaction fees.
60-30 DAYS
50% deposit paid is non-refundable, however it can be transferred to the next available retreat. This is only valid for one transfer, and thereafter would become a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
30 DAYS
Full balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
0-30 DAYS
All payments are non-refundable non-transferable.
